Annual Party 2011

Recognition trophies were handed out to top performing agents for their outstanding work in various insurance fields and to remarkable employees for staying true to Fidelity's culture and values.

Loyalty medals were also distributed to employees who had been working with Fidelity for more than 15 years.

Portfolio awards were given to top agents who held the largest premium portfolio at Fidelity as at 21/12/2010.

Fidelity's chairman, Mr. Ricardo Sleiman, thanked agents and employees for their remarkable efforts and dedication throughout 2010, and stressed on the importance of maintaining exceptional customer service in the years to come.

Fidelity remains among the top ten Leading Insurance Companies in Lebanon registering in 2010 a 21% growth in 2010 with 8,5 million dollars Growth being the 2nd highest growth in the Lebanese Market that is growing at an average rate of 12.25%.

ISO 9001:2008

Fidelity has successfully renewed its 9001:2008 ISO certification for the 4th consecutive year.

SMS Service

In a way to stay connected with our customers and to remain their "Easy Way Out", Fidelity has started a new SMS service that will be sent to our motor Clients on a monthly basis to remind them about their car's Mechanique due date, in due time.
