Fidelity strongly supports, contributes and participates in the education and ambition fulfillment of Lebanese students youngsters, and considers that as one of its national mission and duty.

With this in mind, Fidelity opens doors for students and applicants on a yearly basis, to run for its internship programs that are designed to meet the objectives of fresh apprentices aspiring to learn about the activities of a leading insurance company in the regional market.

The internship program comprises a tour throughout all departments, to get acquainted with Fidelity’s different procedures and business workflows.

Students are only admitted in July, August and September of every year, and need to book their places ahead of time. When requests are issued to the HRD, they will be approved on a “first come, first served” basis, and the approval will be communicated to the student personally by phone call.
